regarding Coronavirus

As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, our greatest priority at NFS is supporting our colleagues, clients, their agents and insureds. Our flood community is a close one and we are taking every precaution to keep the community safe and healthy.

We implemented our preparedness plan several weeks ago and are very well positioned to manage through this period without any service disruption. To date, we have –

• Implemented deep cleaning of office buildings
• Rigorously tested our systems and processes
• Extended our work from home policy, and now the majority of our employees are working remotely
• Limited business travel to essential travel only

Thanks to our proactive approach, we have been able to make these changes without any disruption to our service standards that we provide you on a daily basis. We have nearly 300 employees now working remotely who are set up, ready and working to support you whatever your need.

We will continue to follow developments and the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local and state level bodies.

You have my personal commitment that the well-being of the entire flood community is my top priority.
