WOW! I had a problem with my personal flood policy. I have been an agent for over 29 years and apparently someone put in a wrong number when doing the Echeck for my flood insurance payment for my personal home. I called and spoke to Eain and he transferred me to Kathy Parker. She was a breath of fresh air and so extremely professional and very helpful. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful she was at handling this situation and very helpful.

I would like to take the time to share my excellent customer experience with Pamela Cyr. I recently called National flood and got Pamela Cyr on the phone. I needed three flood policies issued and released for a mortgagee closing. We reviewed the additional items needed together and she assured me she would stay on top of it as the loan was going to close the next day. We kept in communication via email and spoke over the phone a second time where she even called the Surveyor on a three way call for me. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped our agency deliver the flood policies to our platinum client on time. NFIP customer service never disappoints but her above and beyond customer experience was wonderful.

I wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am to have worked with Jenae on a very difficult submit for rate client. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the process (We found out in the 11th hour that there were separate entities who owned the building and contents in a flood zone V2 with lender required insurance!). She was very patient, helpful, and expedited the process of having premium credit moved from one policy to the other to have it done in time for closing.
