I've been with NFS since 2011. I started as a Customer Service Representative, achieved my ANFI certification in 2013 and became a Customer Service Team Lead in 2016. I am married with 2 kids, a son aged 13, and a daughter aged 9. We love living on our mini farm which includes 3 dogs and a number of chickens. In the warmer months I enjoy camping, swimming and spending time with my family. In the colder months I enjoy sledding with my children and ice fishing.

I have been with the NFS Customer Service team since 2008. I have been a phone CSR, a team lead, and I have worked with the claims team during Sandy and Harvey and I have my ANFI certification. I enjoy solving puzzles and bringing a smile to people’s face. The best part of my job is helping others learn and sharing my flood knowledge. I love to spend time photographing the great outdoors and occasionally, I get a great photo of my husband and son when they let me. I am excited for the adventures ahead.

I have been with National Flood Services in Customer Service since 2013. It’s a perfect fit for me as I enjoy helping others. I love the beautiful mountains of Montana and in my free time I enjoy camping, hiking and spending time with my family. I look forward to assisting you with your flood needs.

I began my career with NFS in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and most recently serving as a Team Lead. I am ANFI Certified and as many in this organization do, I pride myself on my work ethic. NFS is a great company to work for and I’m excited to meet the challenges ahead. I’m originally from the great state of Arizona however, I've lived much of my adult life in Pennsylvania before settling in Montana some 12 years ago. I am married, have 3 adult children, 4 grandchildren and my absolute favorite hobby, if you will, are German Shepherd Dogs. You will rarely see me driving around town without one in my car. I’m truly a fanatic.

I have been the NFS customer service team since 2016. I enjoy educating agents about flood insurance and showing them how to use the flood processing system. During the warm summer weekends it's possible to find me out camping or floating down the river with friends. At home I enjoy stories about fantasy worlds in both written and televised mediums.

I started at NFS in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and transferred to the Rollover/Transfer team in 2011. I am skilled in providing one on one assistance to agencies moving their books of business to better service their clients. I have many years customer service experience and strive to make each service experience the best. I moved to Montana from Arizona in 2004 where I met my husband. Between the 2 of us we have 6 children and 6 grandchildren. We love to entertain our friend and spend as much time as we can outdoors. We enjoy camping year round, boating, hunting, fishing, and off-roading. I own a 1929 Model A pick up named Pashyn that I love to drive around town.

I have been with National Flood Services since 2012 and have been underwriting flood policies for 6 of those years. The best part of my day is getting to speak with agents and providing them with excellent customer service for their quotes, policies, and questions. I make sure every question is answered and each agent is completely satisfied before the end of the call. Because I work from home, you may, on occasion, hear my in-home supervisor, Ellie, defending our backyard from trespassing deer, squirrels, rabbits, and, her arch enemy, the neighbor’s cat.

I started with NFS in 2012 working in our Specialty Services Department, learning all facets of the department, often serving as a point of contact for some agents. I have also had extensive Submit for Rate training and am currently working on obtaining my ANFI certification. I lived in Montana for 14 years but moved back to Washington state 4 years ago. I have 2 kids that I spend a lot of time with, one will be graduating college and the other is a sophomore in high school. In my down time I like to craft and read. I particularly enjoy drawing, painting, clay/epoxy sculpting, repurposing dolls, and am learning quilling and papier-mâché sculpting.

I have been with NFS since 2015, I started in the claims department then moved to the customer service team. I have worked with the chat team, specialty services, agency services, rollover, special projects and training. I have earned multiple awards for my customer service. I love working with agents and insureds to make sure that they understand how their flood insurance works for them. I recently moved from Montana to Florida. I enjoy taking our 6 kids to the beach, we leave the 2 dogs, 2 cats and bearded dragon at home as we go explore all beauty that Florida has to offer!

I have been with NFS since 2017. I started in customer service, but I have also learned about agency services and the mail room. I am always interested learning new things and helping others to better understand flood. When I’m not working, I can be found in the woods or on the river as often as possible.
