This course is intended to provide agency staff an introduction to flood insurance and the NFIP. During this course, staff will gain an understanding of fundamental aspects of the program including general policy rules, flood map usage & proper rating methods. We will walk staff through the quoting process, discuss cross-selling opportunities and documents required for a flood policy.
