This course covers the different ways a flood policy can be written on a condominium in the NFIP. During this course we will examine the differences in writing a condominium that other building types. We will also explain the methods used to rate low-rise and high-rise condo buildings. Finally, we will review the coverage differences and loss settlement procedure for condominiums.
